Zumba

Program Description

Zumba® is a dance fitness class with Latin and World Rhythms! It feels like a journey around the world in Dance. Zumba® mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party! Once the once the music takes over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Come dance with us!

16+ (based on the first day of the session)

• Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm
  September 30, October 7, 21, 28, November 4, 18, 25, December 2, 9, 16, 23. (No class October 14 or November 11)

• Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm
  October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, November 6, 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11, 18.
  (12 classes $132)

We also have the option of a 6-classPunch Card which may be used for any 6-classes over a 90-day period. 
(Punch cards expire 90-days after purchase.)
